Journal Week of 12/13

12/13

Oatmeal, extra naner, OJ  (not as much oatmeal so I ate a whole naner instead)
3/4 whole wheat quasadilla w/ zucchini, black beans, cheese & salsa
1 dove dark (50 calories)
2 pieces of whole wheat toast w/ SOS
1 c. cooked carrots

Well now the skirt still looms too far away.  This weekend was just weird.  I was busy...but that's no excuse.  For some reason I just quit journaling, and had to play catch up today from Thursday.  That is not like me.  It *was* busy, but that hasn't stopped me before.  I really don't know why I ate what I did, but looking at it now, it wasn't good.

Oatmeal, naner, OJ
1 med. chocolate/chocolate chip muffin
1.5 bowls of chicken chili
7 or so wholegrain tortilla chips
2 clementines
1.5 c. of beef & tiny pasta, with loads of tomatoes, carrots & peas
3 fudge bites
4 c. tea, 5 c. water

Exercise:  30 min. strength training, 30 min. dog walk

Oatmeal, naner, OJ
1.5 c. of chicken chili
7 or so wholegrain tortilla chips
3 mini-Reeses
1 large taco salad w/ shell, 1/2 seasoned beef, 1 c. lettuce, 1/4 c. salsa, a few cherry tomatoes, 2 T cheese & 1 T. sour cream
3 fudge bites
4 c. tea, 5 c. water

Exercise:  60 min dog walk

1 c. wonton soup
2 clementines
1 Dove dark (40 Cal.)
1 tiny chocolate chip cookie (45 cal)
4 oz. round steak w/ a bit of golden mush soup gravy
3/4 c. corn
12 or so small french fries

Exercise:  30 min. strength training, 30 min dog walk

Some brownie thing w/ M &M's (kid treat...150 calories??)
3 frosted animal crackers
4 oz. round steak w/ a bit of golden mush soup gravy
3/4 c. corn
Small serving coffee cake (75 calories?)

4 oz. lean beef roast w/ onions
2 small taters
6 or so baby carrots
2 small cookies (100 calories)
4 c. tea, 5 c. water

Exercise:  30 min dog walk

a little co-jack cheese

ham & cheese sandwich - 3 oz. lean ham w/ swiss on bosnian bread w/ 1/2 tsp. mayo
2 small cookies (250 calories)
1 large quasidilla w/ whole wheat tortillas, zucchini, salsa & black beans
3 oz. mexican rice

6 c. tea, 5 c. water

Exercise:  30 min dog walk

Hmmm...why does it seem to take two weeks to bust through a new weight goal??  Frustration....
