Stress

I can tell that stress is adding to the fact that I tend to lose my focus.  Its easier to grab something from the cupboard while I'm trying to deal with doctors, birthdays, and ill spouses.  Any suggestions??

Oatmeal, naner, OJ
2 small slices homemade quiche w/ ham, broccoli and cheese
2 fish tacos, with small white soft tortillas, 4 oz fried fish, homemade veggie salsa and a dab of green goddess
     dressing
4 brownie bites (180 calories)
4 c. tea, 4 c. water

Exercise:  30 min dog walk

Panera you pick two w/ steak chili and a chicken panani sandwich
2 c. tortillini soup w/ lots of tomatoes and veggies
2 small dark chocolate PB cups (80 calories)
4 c. tea, 4 c. water

Exercise:  40 min dog walk

Not sure what all the doughnuts were about last week.  Two students donuts, and one family report card celebration.  I didn't gain, at least, but I didn't lose either.

Anna is sick in Chicago, so I'm quite sure the stress is not going to be good for me for awhile until I know she is better.  Lupus and stress do not do very well together.  Please pray that she'll be better soon!!

The Holidays. Bah-humbug.

155 this morning.  A loonnngg ways from my skirt.  I got another small bag of hand-me-downs during break and there was a cute shirt inside.  I looked at it and thought, "That would go great with my grey pants, oh wait, THEY DON'T FIT!!"

I believe I know all of the problems I had - now I have to get busy undoing.  I ate too much, didn't watch fat, celebrated, etc. etc.  So now I get back to journaling and watching everything again.
