Oatmeal, juice, naner
1 Apple
3 pretzel crisps
6 oz. baked pork tenderloin
3/4 c. fresh roasted carrots, onions & red taters
3 small reindeer cookies (150 calories!!)
2 c. baked potato soup made w/ skim milk & light sour cream, a bit of shredded cheese & two small strips
    of bacon
2 brownie bites (50 calories)
6 c. white tea, 4 c. water

Exercise:  30 min dog walk

Jimmy John's turkey sandwich
3/4 c. grapes
assortment of a few snow pea crisps, some baby carrots & raw broccoli w/ about 1 T hummus
5 perogi w/ 3/4 c. lightly sauteed fresh veggies
5 cookie bar bites (150 calories)
2 c. white tea, 5 c. water

Exercise:  60 min dog walk

4 reindeer cookies (200 calories)
