Journal Week of 1/10

1/10

Oatmeal, naner, OJ
2 small slices homemade quiche w/ ham, broccoli and cheese
2 fish tacos, with small white soft tortillas, 4 oz fried fish, homemade veggie salsa and a dab of green goddess
     dressing
4 brownie bites (180 calories)
4 c. tea, 4 c. water

Exercise:  30 min dog walk

2 med. chocolate chip panckes w/ syrup
Panera you pick two w/ steak chili and a chicken panani sandwich
2 c. tortillini soup w/ lots of tomatoes and veggies
2 small dark chocolate PB cups (80 calories)
4 c. tea, 4 c. water

Exercise:  40 min dog walk

1 large choco chip muffin
1 c. tortillini soup w/ lots of tomatoes & veggies
2 mint truffle kisses
1 c. homemade mac N cheese w/ 1 c. tomato & red pepper soup
2 choco chip cookies (150 calories)
6 c. tea, 4 c. water

Exercise:  10 min dog walk

large handful of dried strawberries
6 oz. lean hamburger, grilled, w/ sauteed mushrooms & a bit of ketchup
1/2 wheat bun
3/4 c. broccoli, carrot & calif. mix
7 crispy crowns
2 white chocolate macadamia nut cookies (200?)
a couple of handfuls of puppy chow
4 c. tea, 4 c. water

Exercise:  10 min dog walk

3/4 c. veggie mix
a few dried strawberries
1 slice Pi pizza w/ artichokes
6 bites puppy chow

8 large bites of puppy chow
1 bowl salad w/ pasta house dressing
6 oz. cube steak w/ a bit of homemade gravy
3/4 c. cooked broccoli
4 c. tea, 4 c. water

Exercise:  30 min dog walk

2 slices stuffed french toast
2 small pieces quiche
1 mini-pear
3/4 c. shrimp scampi w/ 1/4 c. noodles
3/4 c. mixed veggies (corn, carrots & asparagus)
8 bites puppy chow
2 c. tea, 4 c. water

Exercise:  30 min dog walk
