NO WEIGHT LOSS this week :(. But a big reminder of how important sleep is to me! My lupus was giving me fits all week, and I suspect that had a LOT to do with a sleep deprived week. This morning I couldn't complete a scheduled 8 mile week due to rain, so I headed back to bed. I ended up sleeping almost 10 hours last night, and what a difference that makes!! So, somehow, I continue to work on balance.
