Journal Week of 11/15

11/15

Oatmeal, naner, OJ
1 oz. roasted almonds
1 oz. grape juice
2 slices of apple
1.5 c. minestrone
3/4 c. black grapes
2 mini Hershey's w/ almonds
2 fudgie cookies
3 oz. b/s chick breast with loads of veggies & 1/2 c. noodles
3 oz. wine
3 brownie bites
3 c. white tea, 5. c. water

Exercise:  60 min. dog walk

Oatmeal, naner, OJ
2 oz. b/s chick breast w/ veggies & noodles
a few freeze dried fruits
4 oz. grilled sirloin
1 small baked tater w/ 1 tbls. spread and low fat sour cream
1/2 c. corn
7 brownie bites
3 c. white tea, 5 c. water

Exercise:  50 min. dog walk

Oatmeal, naner, OJ
6 in. buffalo chicken Subway sandwich
1/2 Butterfinger :(
a few dried cherries
2 broiled skinless chick thighs
1/4 c. herb & butter rice
1/2 c. broccoli
4 brownie bites
3 c. white tea, 4 c. water

Exercise:  60 min. dog walk

Oatmeal, naner, OJ
2 small choco chip pancakes w/ syrup
1/2 piece of banana bread
1 c. shrimp fried rice
3 crab rangoon
1 Gharedelli square w/ caramel
2 small pieces pan-seared tilapia
1/3 c. couscous
3/4 c. mixed veggies - snowpeas, broccoli & water chestnuts.
6 bits of choco chip cookie
3 c. tea, 4 c. water

Exercise:  60 min dog walk

11/19

Oatmeal, naner, OJ
1 slice pumpkin bread
4 oz. sirloin
1/2 baked tater w/ a little spread
3/4 c. corn
1/4 c. chex mix
4 small squares of cheese pizza
3 beignets
5 c. tea, 4 c. water

Exercise:  55 min boot camp, 30 min dog walk

11/20

Oatmeal, naner, OJ
2 beef chalupas (Taco Bell)
1 mexi melt
1/4 c. chex mix
1 c. homemade baked squash soup
a few homemade croutons
1 slide homemade bread w/ spread
3 c. tea, 6 c. water

Exercise:  6 mile walk, 7 hours raking for Concordia youth

Oatmeal, naner, OJ
1 c. squash soup w/ a few croutons
Grilled chicken sandwich w/ guac (Steak N Shake)
side salad w/ a bit of italian dressing
2 bites of cookie
4 c. white tea, 6 c. water

Exercise:  60 min dog walk, also walked to Rams game from faraway (ie cheap) parking and up to nosebleed seats
