Journal Week of 11/22

11/22

Oatmeal, naner, OJ
Squash soup w/ a few croutons
1 serving cheddar sun chips
4 oz. grilled pork chop
1/2 c. rice o roni
3/4 c. mixed veggies
6 cookie bites
4 c. white tea, 5 c. water

Exercise:  30 min. strength training, 30 min dog walk

School Thanksgiving lunch:  sliced turkey in gravy w/ toast
mandarin oranges
apple crisp
1.5 pieces homemade lasagna
3/4 c. green beans
10 snap pea crisps
2 c. tea, 4 c. water

Exercise:  60 min dog walk

Tuna salad sandwich on wheat bagel thin w/ lettuce & tomato (Einstein)
a bit of homemade trail mix
1 clementine
Arby's regular sandwich
1 small cookie
2 c. tea, 2 c. water

Exercise:  30 min strength training

4 oz. skinless dark turkey
1/3 c cranberry relish
1/4 c. stuffing w/ gravy
1/3 c. corn cassarole
1/3 c. green bean cassorole
1 piece pumpkin cheesecake
3 oz. turkey
1/3 c. cranberry relish
1/3 c. corn cassarole
1/3 c. green bean cassarole
1 small sugar cookie
2 c. tea, 5 c. water

Exercise:  30 min. dog walk

1 serving multi-grain tortilla chips w/ 2 oz. chopped turkey breast & 2 oz. cheese
1/2 c. mostocholli
1 c. salad
1 piece garlic bread
1 large macadamia nut cookie
2 small sugar cookies
2 c. tea, 5 c. water

Exercise:  zip  :(

1/2 c. motocholli
1 c. salad
1/2 c. gnocchi w/ loads of veggies
1 kiddie cup Ted Drewes
4 brownie bites
2 c. tea, 5 c. water.

Exercise:  5 hours of raking for Concordia Senior Youth

Oatmeal, OJ  (Silly college kid ate all the naners!!!!!)
4 large pieces honeydew
1 c. salad w/ cherry tomatoes
1/2 c. turkey rice soup
small roll
1/4 c. Ted Drewes fox treat
2 pieces fried chicken
1 c. salad
1/2 c. lightly fried okra
2 french fries
2 brownie bites
