11/29

Oatmeal, naner, OJ
1.5 c. turkey and wild rice soup
2 Nestle crunch mini's
1/4 c. dried cherries
1/3 c. skinless turkey
1/4 c. corn casserole
1/4 c. green bean casserole
1 c. homemade blackberry/rasberry cobbler

Exercise:  30 min strength training, 35 min dog walk

Oatmeal, naner, OJ
1 small piece fried chicken
3/4 c. lightly breaded okra
1 Dove chocolate (40 calories)
10ish baked snow pea crisps
1 c. white rice
1 c. chicken & veggie stir fry
3 potstickers
2 small cookies
1 6 oz. glass cab/sav
4 oz. french onion soup (broth only)
10 small fried calamari rings
4 c. tea, 5 c. water
Exercise:  65 min dog walk

3/4 c. chicken & veggie stir fry
2 clementines
1 bowl of salad
4 oz. grilled london broil
3/4 c. corn
4 bites 'o cookie
4 c. tea, 4 c. water

Exercise:  30 min dog walk

1 biscuit
2 strips bacon
1 egg over easy
4 oz. OJ
4 oz. grilled london broil
3/4 c. corn
1 clementine
1 mini reeses
1.5 c. potato leek soup w/ carrots & a little bacon
2 small rolls
10 bites of puppy chow
4 c. tea, 5 c. water

Exercise:  60 min dog walk

12/3

1 Krispy Kreme
1.5 c. potato leek soup
5 snow pea crisps
5 bites of puppy chow
3 large pieces very thin crust homemade sausage pizza
10 or so baby carrots w/ light ranch
4 c. tea, 5 c. water

Exercise:  30 min strength training, 30 min dog walk

1.5 c. salad w/ 4 oz. buffalo chicken breast (no dressing)
2 bites puppy chow
Shogun for dinner:  Chicken stir fry w/ veggies, rice, small salad, 2 shrimp
3 cookie bites
4 c. tea, 5 c. water

Exercise:  30 min dog walk

granola bar
2 clementines
6 pita chips w/ 1 tsp. hummus
2 cojack cheese slices
1.5 c. chicken chili w/ b/s breasts and white navy beans & corn
7 or so whole grain tortilla chips
1 bit of homemade fudge
4 c. tea, 5 c. water

Exercise:  60 min dog walk
